As noted in the title, the work allowed the user to convert between currencies as far afield as Dalmatia (Croatia), as well as converting eg. lengths of cloth into local equivalents in Tripoli, Constantipole, and Corfu.

Extremely rare 6-sheet chart, measuring nearly 5 by 5 feet, presenting an encyclopedic survey of Milan and Lombardy (c. 1840). The chart’s some 2000 (!) categories, sub-categories, and sub-sub categories – all contained within an imaginary Greco-Roman temple architecture – provide statistics on agriculture, raw materials, labor and manufacturing, demographics, and historical data from ancient and modern history. The exact purpose of this ambitious publication remains unclear.
